Rockwood Homes, a subsidiary of the Crosbie Group of Companies. was created in 2003 to continue the rapid expansion of King Williams Estates. Today, Rockwood Homes has expanded to Virginia Water Village, located across the lake from where it all began in King William Estates. Rockwood Homes also builds in other subdivisions located across the greater St. John’s area, and represents the highest level in design creativity and luxury home building.
